STABLE BRAID

The STABLE BRAID is a polyester double braid designed for felling works and load rigging. Its construction with low elongation offers a precise load control, the Samthane® coating gives a great resistance to abrasion and an exceptional durability.
Description
The STABLE BRAID, spliced by FTC TREE: a classic among the rigging ropes, spliced by us. The rope has been famous throughout the world for years. Developed by Samson Rope Technology and manufactured to the highest standards, the 100% polyester double braid is of high stability and great robustness.
The construction with low elongation ensures a precise control of suspended loads, both for vertical and lateral movements. Both cover and core are in polyester, with a great resistance to abrasion and UV. As for the Samthane®-coating, it limits water absorption and extends the rope’s lifespan, even in damp conditions or under abrasion.
The rope is easy to manipulate, as it holds its shape, doesn’t flatten much, and offers a high splice performance. Whether for rigging, redirects or load lifting, the STABLE BRAID is a safe bet for arborists looking for reliability and consistency on their work places.
Our range of spliced ropes is the result of that collab: 12 mm and 14 mm diameters, in our usual standard lengths of 50 m (164 ft), 65 m (213 ft) and 70 m (229 ft). As always, other lengths can be spliced for special orders. Feel free to ask!
